The work happens now.
The bill waits for closing.

Many homes need updates to sell well, but many sellers don’t have the cash. On approved projects, the cost of the work is paid from the sale proceeds at closing. The seller gets the updates without paying upfront, and the home can list stronger.

No liens on the home.

We never put a lien on your seller’s property. Our partnership is with the agent, and we’re paid from proceeds at closing.

When a project is approved for pay at closing, there’s no interest and no monthly payments. Your seller pays when the home sells.

Written quote before any work starts.
